Human CBLB ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of CBLB in human samples. The double antibody sandwich format is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with colorimetric detection using a TMB substrate read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is reported as 46.875 pg/mL, and the assay covers a range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.
