Human Catenin delta-1 (CTNND1) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, intended for research use only.

CTNND1 is an Armadillo repeat protein involved in cell-cell adhesion and signal transduction, acting as a downstream modulator of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Dysregulation of CTNND1 has been linked to conditions such as cancer, developmental disorders and heart disease, making it a relevant biomarker for related research. The kit detects natural and recombinant human Catenin delta-1.

Validated performance characteristics include an intra-assay CV of 8.1%, an inter-assay CV of 9.2%, a detection range of 78–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.5 pg/mL. Recovery averages 90% (range 84–96%) in serum and 92% (range 86–98%) in plasma.
