Human Catenin beta-1 (CTNNB1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA is designed for quantitative measurement of human Catenin beta-1 (CTNNB1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit recognises natural and recombinant human Catenin beta-1 and is intended for research use only.

CTNNB1, also referred to as Beta-catenin, OK/SW-cl.35, PRO2286, and CTNNB (Uniprot P35222), is a key downstream component of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway with established roles in cell adhesion and signaling. Dysfunction of CTNNB1 has been linked to cancer, developmental disorders, and inflammatory conditions, supporting its use as a biomarker for disease progression and treatment monitoring.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.08ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 6.1% and inter-assay CV of 10.3%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery is reported at 104-116% for serum and 106-118% for plasma.
