Human Catenin Alpha 1 (CTNNa1) ELISA Kit

Alpha-catenin, the protein encoded by CTNNA1, anchors the cadherin–catenin adhesion complex to the actin cytoskeleton and preserves the integrity of epithelial cell–cell contacts. Truncating germline mutations in CTNNA1 have been identified in families affected by hereditary diffuse gastric cancer, and reduced alpha-catenin levels are investigated in epithelial–mesenchymal transition models, intestinal barrier studies, and Wnt signaling pathway research.

This Assay Genie ELISA kit is configured for quantitative detection of human CTNNA1 in serum- or plasma-derived samples, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates, supporting laboratory workflows in oncology biomarker discovery, gastric cancer studies, and cell-adhesion signaling investigations.
