Human Caspase-8 ELISA Kit

Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5) is reported as 86–98% / 93–101% / 92–99% for serum, 86–99% / 85–101% / 82–99% for EDTA plasma, and 83–98% / 85–100% / 81–95% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges and averages are 93–100% (96%) for serum, 92–100% (97%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–99% (98%) for heparin plasma. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
