Human Caspase-4 (CASP4) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of human Caspase-4. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples only. Validated sample matrices include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and the kit shows specificity for both natural and recombinant human Caspase-4.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.162ng/mL. Reproducibility is reported as 6.8% intra-assay CV and 10.4% inter-assay CV. Linearity was verified at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (N=5), EDTA plasma (N=5) and heparin plasma (N=5). Recovery testing gave an average of 109% for serum (range 103-115%) and 111% for plasma (range 105-117%).
