Human Caspase 3 ELISA Kit

A high-quality double-antibody sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Caspase-3 (CASP3) in human samples, validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The colourimetric workflow uses pre-coated capture wells, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm for quantitative determination against a standard curve.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity of 81–104% is reported across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:8) of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and average spike-recoveries of 97–99% are reported for the same matrices. A Bradford Reagent is supplied with the kit to enable total protein quantification, supporting accurate normalisation of lysate and tissue homogenate samples.

Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. The kit is shipped on ice packs; components should be stored at 2–8 °C (with selected items additionally suitable for −20 °C), and the unopened kit is stable for 12 months under these conditions.
