Human Caspase-14 (CASP14) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the accurate and reliable detection of human Caspase-14 (CASP14), also referred to by the synonym CASP-14. The assay is intended for use with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human Caspase-14.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.19ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.1% and an inter-assay CV of 7.5%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution series, and recovery is reported as 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma.
