Human Caspase 10 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human caspase-10 in biological samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric readout and is suited to research applications investigating apoptosis and programmed cell death, where dysregulation of caspase-10 has been implicated in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.

Validated sample types include human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: Serum (n=5) 89-105%, 83-98%, 85-88%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) 87-105%, 82-94%, 80-97%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) 88-103%, 87-101%, 82-100%. Reported recovery: Serum (n=5) 92-104%, average 99%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) 85-103%, average 93%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) 87-98%, average 92%.
