CASKIN1 (CASK-Interacting Protein 1) is a neuronal scaffolding protein that binds the CASK MAGUK family member and supports synaptic organization, postsynaptic density assembly, and cytoskeletal anchoring in neurons. Quantitative CASKIN1 measurement supports neuroscience research into neurodevelopmental signaling pathways, synaptic plasticity, and cytoskeletal regulation.

The Assay Genie kit is supplied as a microplate-based ELISA with pre-coated capture antibody, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and wash concentrate. Each well accommodates a 100 µL sample volume. The absorbance-based readout is compatible with standard microplate readers, and the kit is validated for in vitro research use only.

Reagents are shipped refrigerated; upon arrival, the lyophilized standard should be reconstituted, aliquoted, and stored frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Working dilutions remain stable for short-term refrigerated storage.
