Human CARHSP1 (Calcium-regulated heat-stable protein 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI08233)

Quantitative measurement of calcium-regulated heat-stable protein 1 (CARHSP1) in human specimens is the focus of this in vitro immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. CARHSP1, a ~24 kDa mRNA-binding protein that becomes phosphorylated downstream of calcium signaling and cellular stress pathways, has been investigated for its role in post-transcriptional gene regulation, inflammatory responses, and tumor biology. The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays format with all reagents required to generate a standard curve and quantify native CARHSP1 from serum samples and plasma samples in parallel runs.
