The kit offers a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 3.6% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Recovery in serum averages 98% (range 92-104%) and in plasma averages 100% (range 94-106%).
