Human Cardiolipin synthase (CRLS1) ELISA Kit

The assay specifically detects natural and recombinant human Cardiolipin synthase (CMP-forming) and is reactive with human samples only.

According to the manufacturer, the kit provides a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.35ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 9.1%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with serum ranging 88-121%, EDTA plasma 89-120% and heparin plasma 91-118%. Recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91-103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93-105%).
