Assay Genie's Human Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of cTnI, a 24 kDa regulatory protein exclusive to cardiac muscle tissue. cTnI is the most cardiac-specific of the troponin subunits and is released into circulation following cardiomyocyte necrosis, making it indispensable for cardiovascular investigations of acute myocardial infarction, ischemic injury, and cardiotoxicity screening during preclinical drug development.
