Human Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) ELISA Kit

Validated sample matrices include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Specificity has been established for both natural and recombinant human CEACAM1 (UniProt P13688). Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.5%, and an inter-assay CV of 11.5%. Recovery has been characterised in serum (average 95%, range 89–101%) and plasma (average 97%, range 91–103%), with linearity assessed across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
