Human Carbonic anhydrase 9 (CA9) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the precise and reliable detection of Carbonic anhydrase 9 (CA9) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The detection range is 15.6-1000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.9pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.4% and inter-assay CV is 7.2%.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Carbonic anhydrase 9 (UniProt Q16790; molecular weight 49,698 Da), a zinc metalloenzyme that catalyses the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide and participates in pH regulation, with described roles in cell proliferation, transformation and as a biomarker for cervical neoplasia. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 94% (range 88-100%) and in plasma averages 96% (range 90-102%). For research use only.
