Human Carbonic anhydrase 1 (CA1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of human Carbonic anhydrase 1 (CA1) levels in research samples. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and employs a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm.

Validated performance figures include a detection range of 1.56-100 IU/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39 IU/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 5.1% CV and inter-assay precision at 8.9% CV. Recovery has been tested in serum (average 101%, range 95-107%) and plasma (average 103%, range 97-109%). The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Carbonic anhydrase 1.
