Human Carbohydrate 19-9/CA199 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of human Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) in research samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie employs a colourimetric double-antibody format. It is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, offering a sensitivity of 1.875 IU/mL across a working range of 3.125–200 IU/mL.
