Human cAMP and cAMP-inhibited cGMP 3',5'-cyclic phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) ELISA Kit

PDE10A is a key enzyme in cAMP and cGMP signalling pathways, regulating processes such as neurotransmission, gene expression, and smooth muscle contraction. Its dysregulation has been implicated in neurological and psychiatric disorders and metabolic conditions, supporting its relevance to drug development and biomarker research. The assay is run on a solid phase format with colorimetric detection, using a microplate reader set to 450 nm.

Validated for human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, the kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human PDE10A.
