Human CAMKK2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human CAMKK2 (Calcium Calmodulin-Dependent Protein Kinase Kinase 2, UniProt Q96RR4) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout at 450 nm and reports a measuring range of 0.781–50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

CAMKK2 is a key regulator of calcium-mediated signalling pathways that influence cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurological conditions.
