Human Calreticulin (CALR) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate detection of human Calreticulin (CALR) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Calreticulin is a multifunctional protein involved in calcium homeostasis and chaperone activity, and has been implicated in cancer progression, immune responses and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studies in cancer research, immunology and cell biology. The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.2% and inter-assay CV is 8.4%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery in serum averaging 91% (range 85–97%) and in plasma averaging 93% (range 87–99%). Specificity is for natural and recombinant human Calreticulin, and the kit is supplied in a solid phase format. For research use only.
