Human Calpain 3 (CAPN3) ELISA Kit

Calpain 3 (CAPN3) is a muscle-specific calcium-dependent cysteine protease whose loss-of-function mutations are linked to limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2A. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures CAPN3 protein in human tissue homogenates, supporting research into neuromuscular disease mechanisms, sarcomere turnover, and calcium-dependent protease signaling in skeletal muscle.
