Human Calmodulin Like Protein 3 (CALML3) ELISA Kit

CALML3 (Calmodulin-Like Protein 3) is an epithelial-restricted EF-hand calcium-binding protein implicated in keratinocyte differentiation and epidermal barrier function. This Assay Genie kit uses a human-specific capture antibody pair and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related calmodulin family members CALM1, CALM2, or CALM3. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody vials remain stable through multiple freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. Each microplate run processes up to 40 samples in duplicate against an 8-point standard curve. The procedure uses approximately 50 uL of sample per well, with TMB substrate providing the chromogenic read-out at room temperature incubation.
