Human Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit alpha (CAMK2A) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit alpha (CAMK2A) ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of CAMK2A in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a competitive ELISA format with a reported detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.446ng/mL, providing specificity for natural and recombinant human CAMK2A.

Quality control data show an Intra CV of 6.9% and an Inter CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91-103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93-105%).
