Human Calcium and integrin-binding protein 1 (CIB1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of human Calcium and integrin-binding protein 1 (CIB1). The assay is intended for the detection of CIB1 in human samples and uses a colorimetric detection method, supporting studies into calcium signalling, integrin-mediated cell adhesion, and the role of CIB1 in disease pathology.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.174 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 7.5% CV, with inter-assay precision at 9.7% CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with recovery in serum averaging 100% (range 94–106%) and in plasma averaging 102% (range 96–108%).

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.
