Human Calcineurin-binding protein cabin-1 (CABIN1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of human Calcineurin-binding protein cabin-1 (CABIN1). The assay targets natural and recombinant human CABIN1 in human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, making it suited to a broad range of research applications.

CABIN1 is a nuclear protein that interacts with calcineurin and may serve as a negative regulator of T-cell receptor (TCR) signalling via inhibition of calcineurin, while also acting as a negative regulator of p53/TP53 on chromatin at a subset of its target genes. Dysregulation of CABIN1 has been implicated in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a useful biomarker for studying these diseases. The kit shows a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.098 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%.
