Human Cadherin-13 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to quantitatively measure human Cadherin-13 (also known as H-Cadherin or T-Cadherin; UniProt P55290) in biological samples. The assay is intended for research applications involving cell-cell adhesion and tissue organization, with relevance to studies of cancer, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular disease.

It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples of human origin, with all components intended for storage at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Reported linearity at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 for serum (n=5) is 82-99%, 85-99%, and 83-100%; for EDTA plasma (n=5) is 81-96%, 87-94%, and 83-97%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) is 85-97%, 82-100%, and 92-99%. Average recovery values are 91% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma, with corresponding recovery ranges of 92-99%, 88-103%, and 86-101%.
