Human CAB39 (Calcium-binding protein 39) ELISA KIT (HUFI05401)

CAB39 (also called MO25) is a 39 kDa calcium-binding scaffold protein that forms a heterotrimeric complex with STRADα and the kinase LKB1, driving full activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). Researchers use this Assay Genie ELISA to quantify circulating CAB39 levels in studies of metabolic dysfunction, hepatocellular carcinoma, and colorectal cancer, where altered expression has been reported.
