Human CA9 (Carbonic anhydrase 9) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Carbonic anhydrase 9 (CA9) in human samples. The double-antibody sandwich assay uses a capture antibody pre-coated onto a microplate together with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with human samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) is 87–98% at 1:2, 86–103% at 1:4 and 86–104% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) it is 82–101%, 85–101% and 89–100% respectively; and in heparin plasma (n=5) it is 82–99%, 85–96% and 80–98%. Recovery ranges are 85–103% (average 94%) for serum, 85–101% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma and 87–104% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.
