Human CA19-9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0338)

The Human CA19-9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures cancer antigen 19-9, a sialylated Lewis A carbohydrate tumor marker routinely studied in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and other gastrointestinal cancer research.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant antigen standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Every well requires a 20 µL sample volume, and the complete protocol finishes in approximately 3 hours at room temperature. Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C and protected from light, while reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles to a maximum of three.

Intended for research use only, the kit supports translational oncology projects including biomarker validation studies in pancreatic and colorectal cancer cohorts, longitudinal tracking of CA19-9 kinetics during treatment, and characterization of patient-derived samples in vitro for disease investigation.
