Human C3a PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0332)

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of the human C3a analyte in serum, plasma, and lysate samples. The assay is directed against the C3 / CPAMD1 gene product (Gene ID: 718, Uniprot accession P01024) and uses a colorimetric detection method with human reactivity.

According to the manufacturer, the kit provides a quantitative range of 63 pg/ml to 4000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 63 pg/ml, and a recommended sample dilution of 40,000 fold. Storage guidance from the manufacturer indicates the kit may be stored at -20°C for up to one year from the date of shipment, at 4°C for up to six months, or at -80°C for extended storage, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles to be avoided.
