Human C1QTNF1 (C1q and Tumor Necrosis Factor Related Protein 1) CLIA Kit (HUES00775)

A chemiluminescence immunoassay from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human C1QTNF1 (C1q and Tumor Necrosis Factor Related Protein 1) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit applies a Sandwich-CLIA principle on a pre-coated microplate, using a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate; the chemiluminescent signal is read as Relative Light Units (RLU) on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and the sample concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.38 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.63–40 ng/mL, with a total assay time of 3.5h and a sample volume of 100 μL. The manufacturer states that both intra-assay CV and inter-assay CV are < 15%, and that the kit recognizes human C1QTNF1 with no significant cross-reactivity or interference from analogues.
