The Human C1qR1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative detection of Complement component C1q receptor, a C-type lectin-like transmembrane glycoprotein also known as CD93 and expressed on endothelial cells, monocytes, and early B-cell precursors. The assay is specific for human C1qR1 and does not cross-react with rodent CD93 orthologs. Researchers in complement biology, autoimmunity, and inflammation can apply the microplate-based immunoassay to characterize biomarker behavior in cell culture supernatant, heparin plasma, EDTA plasma, and serum specimens, supporting studies of immune complex clearance, phagocytosis regulation, vasculitis, and systemic lupus erythematosus pathways. Reagents are shipped on cold packs; store the sealed plate and standards refrigerated at 4 degrees C, protect from light, and aliquot working standards into single-use vials for storage at -20 degrees C to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
