Human C1orf106 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human C1orf106 (Chromosome 1 Open Reading Frame 106) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Standard reagents and kit components are stored at 2-8°C, with selected lyophilised components also suitable for up to 12 months at -20°C.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. The assay procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes.
