MYDGF (myeloid-derived growth factor), also known as SF20 and encoded by the C19orf10 gene on chromosome 19, is a secreted ~17 kDa protein implicated in monocyte/macrophage-driven tissue repair, cardiomyocyte proliferation after ischemic injury, and metabolic regulation in adipose tissue.
