Human C19ORF10/SF20 ELISA Kit

The assay workflow comprises reagent and plate preparation, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
