Human C13orf24/PIBF1/Progesterone-induced-blocking factor 1 ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit is a sandwich (double antibody) assay intended for the quantitative measurement of human C13orf24 / PIBF1 (Progesterone-induced blocking factor 1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.781–50 ng/mL.

The colourimetric workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. The kit also includes a Bradford reagent for total protein normalisation. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions ranges from 82% to 103%, and recovery averages between 91% and 97% across the tested matrices (serum 97%, EDTA plasma 91%, heparin plasma 94%). Components are stored at 2–8°C with a stated shelf life of 12 months. The kit is intended for research use only.
