Human C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (CXCL9) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (CXCL9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is intended for research use only and supports immunology research, where CXCL9 is studied as a chemokine involved in immune cell recruitment and inflammatory responses.

Specificity covers natural and recombinant human CXCL9, with a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 6.7pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Linearity has been validated across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (97-117%), EDTA plasma (90-118%) and heparin plasma (88-122%). Average recovery is 103% for serum (range 97-109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99-111%). The target protein corresponds to UniProt entry Q07325.
