Human C-X-C motif chemokine 6 (CXCL6) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human C-X-C motif chemokine 6 (CXCL6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples only.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 23 pg/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Recovery is reported at 93% (range 87–99%) for serum and 95% (range 89–101%) for plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human CXCL6.

CXCL6, also referred to as granulocyte chemotactic protein 2 (GCP-2), is a chemokine involved in immune response and inflammation. It functions as a chemoattractant for neutrophil granulocytes, signalling through the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. For research use only.
