Human C-X-C motif chemokine 14 (CXCL14) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human C-X-C motif chemokine 14 (CXCL14), also referred to as Chemokine BRAK, MIP-2G, Small-inducible cytokine B14, NJAC or SCYB14. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, specifically recognising both natural and recombinant human CXCL14.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL. Precision has been established with an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Recovery averages 95% (range 89-101%) in serum and 97% (range 91-103%) in plasma. The kit is intended for research use only and is suited to studies in immunology and broader research into inflammation, immune response, cancer and related disease processes where CXCL14, a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils and weaker chemoattractant for dendritic cells, has been implicated as a valuable biomarker.
