Human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CXCR7) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CXCR7), also known by synonyms including RDC1, CMKOR1, CXCR-7, CXC-R7, GPR159, and G-protein coupled receptor RDC1 homolog. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.5% and inter-assay CV is 9.2%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averaged 101% in serum (range 95-107%) and 103% in plasma (range 97-109%).
