Human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXCR5) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXCR5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay detects natural and recombinant human CXCR5 with a reported detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.067ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.8% and inter-assay CV is 8.4%.

Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery is reported at an average of 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma. CXCR5 is a multi-pass G-protein coupled receptor that binds B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC) and plays a role in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles and in Burkitt lymphoma biology. The kit includes a dismountable microplate, lyophilised standard, sample diluent and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealer, with storage temperatures specified per component.
