Human C-Peptide ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of C-Peptide in human samples. The assay delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other biological fluids.

The workflow follows standard sandwich ELISA principles. Capture antibody is pre-coated onto the plate; standards and samples are incubated to allow target binding. A biotin-labelled detection antibody is then added, followed by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Colour development is stopped and absorbance is read at 450 nm, with target concentration proportional to OD450.
