Human C-Myc Binding Protein (MYCBP) ELISA Kit

The MYCBP (C-Myc Binding Protein) quantitative immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only and supports measurement of human MYCBP in tissue homogenates and prepared laboratory specimens. MYCBP, also known as AMY-1, binds the C-terminal region of the c-Myc oncoprotein and modulates Myc-dependent transcription programs implicated in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumor progression. Reagents are supplied for 96 assays on a pre-coated microplate, with calibrated standards, detection antibodies, substrate, and stop solution. The ELISA workflow uses standard plate-reader instrumentation; unopened components should be stored refrigerated and equilibrated to room temperature before use. Applied in studies on Myc signaling, oncogenesis, and transcriptional dysregulation in cancer cell lines and patient-derived samples.
