Human c-MAF/Transcription factor Maf ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative detection of human c-MAF/Transcription factor Maf, manufactured by Assay Genie. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is intended for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. C-MAF is described as a key transcription factor involved in regulating gene expression, cell differentiation and immune response, with dysregulation linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.

The reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL and the assay range is 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum is 85–102%, 86–100% and 81–99% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma 87–105%, 90–99% and 80–100%; and heparin plasma 87–103%, 85–97% and 82–100%. Recovery ranges are 88–102% (serum), 86–97% (EDTA plasma) and 89–101% (heparin plasma), with averages of 94%, 91% and 97% respectively. Detection is by colour development with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.
