Human c-Kit/SCFR ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human c-Kit (also known as SCFR, stem cell factor receptor). The colorimetric assay has a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.781–50 ng/mL, delivering reproducible results for research applications relating to hematopoiesis, melanogenesis, and gametogenesis.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and components should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity data across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma fall within 83–105% at 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, with reported average recovery ranging from 91–96% across these sample types.

The workflow includes reagent and plate equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution. The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample/antibody/SABC dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
