Human C-C motif chemokine 4 (CCL4) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human C-C motif chemokine 4 (CCL4) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CCL4 in human samples. CCL4, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1 beta (MIP-1 beta), is a key chemokine involved in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation, with elevated levels linked to conditions such as asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and some cancers.

The assay has a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.9pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.4% and inter-assay CV is 8.1%. Linearity values for serum across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 span 91-116%; for EDTA plasma, 83-114%; and for heparin plasma, 87-118%. Recovery averages 95% (89-101%) for serum and 97% (91-103%) for plasma. The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human C-C motif chemokine 4.
