Human C-C motif chemokine 27 (CCL27) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with human samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human CCL27.

Performance characteristics stated by the manufacturer include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.8pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. CCL27 is described as a chemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes, plays a role in mediating homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites, and binds to CCR10. The protein is a secreted member of the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family and is the focus of immunology research, including studies of inflammatory skin disorders such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
