Human C-C motif chemokine 26 (CCL26) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human C-C motif chemokine 26 (CCL26), also referred to as Eotaxin-3. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human CCL26. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 20pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Recovery in serum averages 106% (range 100-112%) and in plasma averages 108% (range 102-114%).

CCL26 is a secreted chemokine that functions as a chemoattractant for eosinophils and basophils and acts as a ligand for CCR3. It is implicated in allergic conditions such as asthma and atopic dermatitis, as well as in immune responses to parasitic infections. The kit is intended for research use within immunology applications.
