Human C-C motif chemokine 25 (CCL25) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of human C-C motif chemokine 25 (CCL25), also known by the synonyms TECK, SCYA25, Chemokine TECK, Small-inducible cytokine A25 and Thymus-expressed chemokine. CCL25 is a chemokine involved in regulating immune cell trafficking and homing to mucosal tissues, with relevance to inflammation, immune responses, and autoimmune disease research.

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for human samples. Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 32pg/mL, with Intra CV of 5.2% and Inter CV of 8.0%.

Linearity has been assessed across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Recovery averages 104% (range 98-110%) for serum and 106% (range 100-112%) for plasma. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human C-C motif chemokine 25, and the product is intended for research use only within immunology applications.
